Having worked for various stud farms and trainers around Australia and New Zealand, Brett founded Randwick Bloodstock Agency in July 1987- commencing operations on Alison Road, Randwick. With a focus on private sales and auction sales assistance, Brett established a proven reputation in an interchangeable industry.

With Rachael on board since 1996, Brett took a break from the agency in 2000 and spent 7 years working in a sales role for industry leader Coolmore. Returning to the business at the end of 2006, Brett continues to offer advice, consultancy and assistance to an esteemed list of valued customers globally.

With over 40 years of experience in the thoroughbred industry Brett is proud of the clients he has helped over the years and is a voice of reason and respect. With a holistic approach, Brett is happy to assist all industry participants, both new and old, and is only a phone call away.

Rachael Howard – Proprietor/Manager, Glenesk Thoroughbreds

Rachael and Brett, along with their three sons Henry, Freddie and Archie, reside at Glenesk Thoroughbreds, a 76 acre property located at Mount Vincent in the lower Hunter Valley. With a background in thoroughbreds from her native England and having spent three years in London working for respected agent Luke Lillingston, Rachael arrived in Australia and joined Randwick Bloodstock Agency in January 1996. During Brett’s 7 year tenure with Coolmore, the Agency remained active under Rachael’s guidance.

Rachael now manages the day to day running of Glenesk Thoroughbreds, having overseen the relocation from Quorrobolong (2006-2016) to the family’s Mount Vincent farm. With a focus on foaling, walk outs and sales preparation for the Inglis and Magic Millions breeding stock sales, Rachael ensures the farm continues to run smoothly offering clientele a high class service.
